Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our website or use the search function until you find what you want. Click on Add to Cart and then enter the quantity that you require. A running total will appear of what you have ordered. You can continue to add more items or remove some at any time. After you have finished your selection, click on “Checkout” and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. You can change the contents of your basket or cancel your order at any time – as your request is not confirmed until you enter payment details.


Before you complete a purchase with us we recommend that you read our Returns Policy – we are happy to answer any questions that you may have regarding size, print, colour etc before you make your purchase – it is easier to correct problems before you buy than to correct them after delivery. Please note that items with personalised information are made to order and cannot be returned for exchange or refund.

Payment & Currencies

We accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. These are processed online using the PayPal secure payment service. Prices are shown in GB Pounds Sterling. Credit cards are pre-authorised immediately using the PayPal secure system. As part of our commitment to the security of our customers we may contact you to request further validation of your details.

Please note that all goods must be paid for in full before shipping.

Tax Charges

All items are priced including Tax. The buyer is solely responsible for any import duty, import taxes or other incidental charges that may apply to their particular country or state.


We know of no documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet. All credit card details are processed using the PayPal secure transaction system. Details are not stored on the Internet or on any of our own computers. This web site is fully integrated with PayPal, one of the leading secure payment systems. Sensitive information is only requested on pages that are located on the PayPal secure servers and this information cannot be accessed or viewed by anyone else.

Order Completion

Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions. Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:

  • The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error
  • Your failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms and Conditions

Your Privacy

Your privacy and trust is important to us and we will treat any details you provide us respectfully. We do not participate in unsolicited mailing (and avoid working with those who do), and will never give your contact information to other organisations unless legally required to do so. By agreeing to the privacy policy you are agreeing to subscribe to our monthly email newsletter which contains the latest bagains and voucher codes. Please note that we do not give out any of your contact information and we understand that spam is kind of annoying so we try not to bother you much.
